Wheat bran is separated during our sifting process. This is the fiber-rich outer layer of the wheat berry, packed with nutrition and a toasty wheat flavor.
The wheat we use for this bran is grown on our family's certified organic farm, but this product itself is not currently sold as a certified organic product.
